Christmas delivery is NOT guaranteed. We will do our best, but due to the postal carriers being busy this time of year, it may not arrive in time for Christmas. Processing times for apparel is 5-7 business days.
Your order will ship in 5-7 business days. Processing time is business days only. Weekend Days & Holidays do not count as business days. If for any reason your order is delayed, you will receive an email from us letting you know about the delay and we will try to rectify the situation! We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 on all orders. If your order is damaged during shipping, please reach out to shopcscapparel@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery. After 48 hours CSC Apparel will not be able to help rectify the situation. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier to make it right if contacted within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns
Due to the process of orders being made to order, returns are not accepted. If an order arrives damaged, please reach out to shopcscapparel.com.
